I really wish they would break out the styles of yoga that exist in the activity counter. meditation and light yoga definitly won't burn the kind of calories that I just burned last ngiht at Hot Yoga. but I know I got a work out in (my muscles are feeling it today). If you haven't given it a shot I think you should. when you are a size 18 but can pull your foot up to your head - you feel althletic even though the magazines never show girls like me. and I may not be able to run (I blame the asthmas) but I can burn 1000 calories. so get on board fat secret. Yoga is mainstream!
