Good luck with your efforts to lose weight. I've been on Weight Watchers since 6/14/07 and have lost 51.4 lbs as of last Tuesday's weigh in. I've been yo-yo-ing for almost the last year so I've joined this site to try and get back on track. I workout at the gym 4-5xs a week and do pretty well with my eating, but obviously not well enough

Been on WW since 6/14/07 and have gone from 222.4 to 169.1 as of 9/16/09. Hoping to lose 50 more.

Week 2:167.1(-2)
Week 3: 167.7(+0.6(TOM)
Week 4: 171.0(+3.3)---OUCH
Week 5: 172.0(+1)---DOUBLE OUCH
Week 6: 168.8(-3.2)--YEAH!!!
