Hello everyone! I'm Diana and I live in Southwestern Michigan. I'm 34 and determined to lose weight. I have tried various diets in the past and have found that diets don't work! I need a lifestyle change, something that I can stick with. Hopefully, I can get some good feedback and encouragement on this site.

Good luck with your efforts to lose weight. I've been on Weight Watchers since 6/14/07 and have lost 51.4 lbs as of last Tuesday's weigh in. I've been yo-yo-ing for almost the last year so I've joined this site to try and get back on track. I workout at the gym 4-5xs a week and do pretty well with my eating, but obviously not well enough Sad. Have a great weekend.

Been on WW since 6/14/07 and have gone from 222.4 to 169.1 as of 9/16/09. Hoping to lose 50 more.
Week 1 of FS: 169.1
Week 2:167.1(-2)
Week 3: 167.7(+0.6(TOM)
Week 4: 171.0(+3.3)---OUCH
Week 5: 172.0(+1)---DOUBLE OUCH
Week 6: 168.8(-3.2)--YEAH!!!

Hi Diana. I've been on some many diets, I've lost track. But think site really seems to be working for me. I'm doing WeightWatchers and the food journals really help me. Please having a journal to vent in and get support is awesome. I am a single mother to a 5 yr old and 9 month old twins, so needless to say I don't have alot of time to focus on runnning to the gym and what not. This site gives alot of little tidbits on working the workout into your schedule and the recipe section is awesome! Good luck on your journey!
