Hey. I've restarted a diet. Yes. Again. This time I'm sort of following weight watchers. Points and all that.

I'm 35, married and a mother of a toddler. My husband and I have been talking about having another baby. I've decided I need to lose some weight first.

This isn't baby weight. I was about this weight before I had my first. I didn't gain a thing. I was able to wear my prepregnancy jeans the week after I had her. But since I was this big, I'm not sure that's saying much!

I just want to be healthier. I want more out of life. I am accomplishing so much in other aspects of my life. This is the one problem I never seem to solve!

Anyway. Hi. Smile

I've been on Ww since 6/14/07 and have lost 51.4 lbs so far, but still have 56 lbs to go Sad. i've been yo-yo-ing the last 10 moths between 172 and 166(I'm back at 171 now Sad) and am tired of it, so I'm looking for some support. How have you been doing the last 2 months? Feel free to message me if you want to.

Hi! I'm here too, a little late, but still replying!

I'm just starting to track what I eat (again). I had some success in years past with Weight Watchers, but like this food diary muuuuuuch better. Of course, it's free! I recently started working out with kettlebells, and that's been fun!

I'm also a mom, but in my case, I gained too much weight during the pregnancy and after the C-section, my midsection has been like jelly.

My son is now 2 1/2 years old, with a developmental delay. Bad news- he's not walking on his own yet. Good news- I carry him, which is a workout in and of itself!

Besides being a single mom and seeking a job (without much luck), I have a pretty happy and full life.

Except when it comes to food. I think I use it as a crutch, and to make myself feel better about things I'm unhappy about (that I don't express).

I'm looking for support! Any thoughts?

Hey I am in the same boat as you....I need to lose before getting pregnant again. I have a 9 1/2 month old and really want another. I have Hashimotos hypothyroidism and am s/p right thyroidectomy. I can't afford to add baby weight in addition to the extra I am already carrying. Dood luck!!
