Hi Anamika! A weight loss workout I typically do 3-4 times a week is cardio for 20-25 minutes, do 3-4 weight lifting exercises, then do another 20 minutes of moderate cardio, do about 3-4 more weight lifting exercises, and finish with 10-30 minutes cardio. Here's an example

1. 20 min - Elliptical (fat burn mode w/ 120-130 bpm HR)
2. Chest Press (12-15 reps @ 3 times)
3. Chest Fly (12-15 reps @ 3 times)
4. Incline Chest Press (12-15 reps @ 3 times)
5. 15-20 min - Treadmill (3.5mph @ 5.0 incline)
6. Shoulder Press (12-15 reps @ 3 times)
7. Dumbbell shoulder raises (12-15 reps @ 3 times)
8. Deltoid Fly (12-15 reps @ 3 times)
9. 10-30 min - Treadmill (3.5mph @ 2.0 incline)

As far as my diet? I eat/drink foods to where I can finish my day with over 100 grams in protein, under 50 grams in carbs, under 20 grams of sugar, and over 20 grams of fiber.
