Hi Everyone,

I can't believe a little over a year ago I dropped 36lbs and now I have put on 20lbs back. I just don't understand how I could have let this happen. I feel so bad and I just want to get back on track again. It's been really hard lately Sad

I absolutely understand. I had dropped about 60 lbs 3 years ago and slowly gained them all back. Sad I feel like I need someone right next to me saying don't eat that, you aren't hungry, stop snacking, etc.

That's exactly how I feel. I'm feel really uncomfortable with this weight back on and I have to NOT make any more excuses. It's a never ending battle though. Ugh!

It definitely is. Unfortunately, sometimes I don't even realize I'm snacking. I'm just tuned out. Other times the pull to eat something is so strong, that I have no will power and no reason not to eat anything and everything. It would be cool to have someone always with you slapping your hand or something.

This is true.....when I'm good, I'm good but when I'm bad, the will power goes right out the window. I think I'm at the "sick of me" point and I really want to try losing weight again. Btw, I went and logged in everything that I want to eat today. Lol! It's at 800 calories I think I need to add something else. Oh boy :/

I hear ya. I am at the "sick of me" stage too. I logged in my food so far this morning and with breakfast and a snack I am up to 452. Not too bad but DEFINITELY lower than what my normal has been lately. I think my brain was on the "see food" diet.

LOL!!! Me too....see food and eat everything in sight. Let's say it together....."NO FRIED FOODS THIS WEEK."
