Getting overweight not only makes your personality dull but also makes your physically and mentally ill. I found that losing weight is quiet a daunting task if you don’t choose the right way. I work third shift..4 kids 13,10,7,and 1 and half yr old. I get about
5-6 hrs of sleep. I'm always tired and gained since I started
My job in December. I was very happy with my self weighing 120.
Now I'm always down and I have clothes I just can't seem to lose to
Fit into. I'm stuck..I don't want to feel depressed when summer gets here. Just hoping this
