Does anyone have any belly workout ideas for me? I'm still trying to loose the belly fat from my pregnacy from 3 1/2 years ago

Dezzy - try taking a belly dance class. It tones your stomach, hips, and butt. It's also a lot of fun. If you like dancing, I would also suggest Zumba.. an aerobic class with lots of spanish dancing entertwined... since it burns tons of calories. I do both and am watching the weight melt away.

I'm using Slim in 6 right now and it's got some pretty serious ab workouts so far. Just getting into it so can't say for sure how it's going to work on the belly fat (also from pregnancies). Definitely stronger and sore, though! I'll keep ya posted  Good Luck! ~She~

I have had the most luck using the Jillian Michael's DVD's for trouble zones. She is a tough cookie and you should stay motivated. You will lose inches and tighten places you may not want to giggle!
