I like to exercise first thing in the morning. Any suggestions for a small Atkins snack to have before getting started?

I feel so sore and sleepy but I used to do it first thing and I like doing that. How do you do it first thing in the morning? Does stretching alot really help you get motivated? I would def have to have a small snack as well.

I know bananas are not adkins friendly, but I always have 1/2 a banana before running and eat the other 1/2 later.

I would recommend a protein bar from Nature Valley. a Half of a bar would energize you for the morning workout, and the other half for the post recovery! You'll have the energy to get through the workout and recoup your muscles!!!
