Any1 else have a day where they have had a binge?
Knew it wouldn't take long before I caved 2 packets of crips and I dnt wanna stop there :-( today has just been a bad day overall for my calorie intake. Hopefully by tomoz I can Start a fresh

Any Advice?
I've been set a RDA of 1900. Do I consume around 500 calories less than this a day to loose weight or do I try and consume the full 1900 I don't understand any help please thanx xx

Newbie in need of advice
Thankyou, I always fill a 2pint water bottle each morning and try and get through that each day it does help. I'm also getting less hungry each day so hopefully I'm on the right track. Good luck ...

Thanks for the advice Savaticus, that's exactly what i'm doing eating more raw veggies, I am full not hungry at all... I snack on cucumber, carrot and celery, fruits also ..... I feel much better, ...
