Well my first week of weight watchers went good. I lost 8.4 pounds. I am so excitied!! I just need to stay focused. Went to the store and bought 6 apples for almost seven dollars. Ugh.. Really?? It's so expensive to diet. I could use all the support I can get.

Good luck. I just started myself currently at 9lbs lost. I agree it does cost to eat Fresh fruits and Veggies. My plan is to go with whatever is in season at the time currently strawberrys and blueberrys.

Kimmie that's awesome! Keep it up lady! I know what you mean about fresh fruits & veggies being expensive. I just keep telling myself it's less expensive than medical bills from a heart attack, or buying 2 seats on an airplane, or having to buy clothes in specialty stores. It's a small shift in my thinking but it really seems to work for me. Another idea you can try is learn to like frozen fruit (unsweetened of course). I buy a giant bag of frozen blueberries at Costco. It's not as expensive as fresh blueberries & I can have them year round.

That's great advice about buying frozen. I love using frozen strawberries, blueberries, and ice to mix up a quick smoothie!
