When you have lost enough weight to where you have less than 100 lbs. to lose, do you leave the group and find one for another range of lbs. to lose or are there people in this group that have already lost 100+ lbs?

I am just curious to know if everyone here is still fighting the fight or if some have achieved this goal already.

For myself, I am really hoping I can lose 100+ lbs. before I have to join the '40's with 100+ lbs. to Lose' group, hehe.

That is a good question I have been toying with. I have now less than 100 lbs to lose and am wondering if I should leave this group or not. I have already joined the group for 50 - 100 lbs.

I've been thinking about it and in my opinion, it would be nice if people who have lost the weight and are willing to be mentors would stay and give tips, tricks, etc. to new members. I think the title of the group is kind of restrictive. Or maybe start a new group called 30's and lost 100+ lbs and I will join that to listen in on my role models. Smile

I have faith that I will lose this weight and it would be nice to know what it's like at the other end of this journey.

I would hope those people would stick around and give tips. I am always looking for new things to try and do to lose this weight. Maybe this group should be called 30's who have or had 100+ lbs to lose.

I think staying in the group provides motivation from someone who really understands the struggle.
