Hi to everyone out there. Just turned 39 last month,so only just managed to qualify for the group.
Only joined "fatsecret" today...probably as a last resort. Been putting on weight steadily for the last twenty years...but now I've got to the point where my knees are knackered and I'm waiting for an operation to sort them out. Desperately need to lose weight or the operation will be a complete waste of time.
Feel free to keep a check on me...and kick my arse if I'm NOT kicking fats arse!!!!
