Just joined this group
Eating healthier is way better then those crash diets that plunge you down then bounce you way back up higher then before. I hope you find this site helpful and good luck.

Heyroo!
I stated this site in the beginning of 2012 and I don't feel like I've lost anything but seeing my starting weight and seeing what it is now makes me feel pretty good. GOOD LUCK
