Hi there, I'm 39,a mother of 3 boys and a novelist waiting to be published. I live in the country near my parents. Apart from my husband and boys I also care for 5 dogs, 2 cats and 4 fish. I packed on the weight when I bust my ankle whilst pregnant with my 1st child which prevented me from walking to and from work in the city.My top weight was 15stone 3lbs and my goal is 10 stone. I have lost 2 stone in the last year but I find this time of year (wintery weather) very hard to get through as the weather is poxy and my day seems to revolve around preparing food, my healthy food, what my husband likes and then what the kids like. Any hints/tips would be great.
