Group Forum: Little appetite- Any advice??

Hi,
I am a Weight Watchers member who has been a Lifetime member for 7 years this month. Usually I maintain pretty well (between 100-105, 110 is my LT goal), but haven't had much appetite lately and the scale is going lower and lower. I know , you think this is a good thing, right? But I am getting close to what WW considers an "unhealthy" range...and I need help!! Any tips for me??

If it's stress, find a release or pick a day to sit and do nothing - maybe watch TV and snack on your favorite veggie or fruit. If it's your schedule that's prohibitive (like mine is a lot), find your days to tear away from that schedule and just have a "day off".

It's OK to randomly take a day to put your normal eating norms off to the side and take a walk on the wild side. For me, visiting McD's once every few months does the trick. For my wife, it's a trip to Red Lobster. LOL.
