I am kinda new to the group, all though I have been eating 50% (as best as I can) raw for about 6 months now. I find it easier than other diets because I really don't have to think about counting calories or anything else, but this site does a really good job with the calorie counting aspect of that diet.Web MD
has a really good article about the Raw Food Diet. I am partial to my meat and really can't give that up but I have gone natural (no hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, or man made products or additives)with all my food.
