I am new to the group. I am on Day 8 of the 24 Day challenge. I have lost 1 lb.....but I am not going to get discouraged. I am still in the cleanse phase, so hopefully it will come off a little better when I start the Max Phase. I am not exercising at the moment, but plan to start next week. Anyone havee any suggestions or words of wisdom for me?

How is the Challenge going for you?! I am on day 8 today and I've lost 8 lbs as of this morning!

I ordered the 24 day challenge and expect it in Thursday so I'll probably start the program Friday or Saturday. Any tips out there?

August............down 6 pounds to 172
September.........down 3 pounds to 169
October...........down 4 pounds to 165
November..........down 5 pounds to 160
December..........down 3 pounds to 157
Jan thru March....up/down/up to 157-159
UPDATE 2016
June..............steady between 157-160
beginning July....ok between 157-160
mid to end July...went up to 163.5 (ate out a lot and kids here!)
August............determined to get DOWN & STAY THERE!
My weight loss ticker doesn't work, it is stuck on 174# and won't go down when I weigh, so that is why I'm keeping an update on my signature
