I am brit. I'm going to be 22. I'm about 5'5 and 118lbs. I want to get down to 110 and tone my belly up. And I'm doing like crunches for five minutes then run and jump like an idiot then do more crunches or bicycles I just started working out again and I was going for some stomach and butt toning ideas. Please and thanks

You and me both! This is what I started and it's working for me: low cardio (5-10 min warm up before workout), weight lifting (for an hour-ish, nothing crazy heavy, just enough to feel it on the last 2-3 reps on each set, and limited ab workouts. If you go crazy with ab workouts, you end up bulking up the muscle on your abs, but if you're not doing anything to lose the fat surrounding the muscle, it doesn't matter anyways. Also, low carb diet, but that's damn near impossible for me, I'm a Ukrainian and we love our carbs. Hope this helps! Again, everyone is different, it's about finding what works for you, but this might be an idea! For the record, I'm 5'3 and 115 lbs, so we're similar that way! For butt... SQUAT HEAVY! And lunges!
