i'm trying..i've found myself not eating till about 3 in the afternoon...yesterday i made it till about 8 & had a big salad with grilled chicken thrown in.. today i'm having some cauliflower & then a turkey patty for dinner (i follow a low carb/primal eating plan)
just curious...are you asking about fasting bc its "the new primal" thing to do or do you even know what primal or who mark sessions is?
