I've been doing really well with my very conservative goal of losing one pound a month. I just bought a size 2 dress! But, the more I lose, the hungrier I am. Any tips for shedding the last few pounds?

Lift weights. Tone up what you do have so it will burn what you want to eat

To help with hunger:

How many meals do you eat a day? Personally, I've found it's better for me to eat 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day (around 250-350 calories each) because it keeps me feeling full.

Also, if your body says it's hungry, you should listen to it. If you ignore it, it's going to cause you to binge when you don't want to. Losing weight causes the brain to go into a "panic mode" where it shuts down/slows down the metabolism because it thinks that its body is starving. Psychologists have done studies where they limit their subjects' caloric intake and have found that the subjects become obsessive over their meals and once the study is over, they tend to binge and gain a lot of weight back.

I agree with the message above.
If I was to go like below 6% of fat, I would need to eat at least every other 2 days all carbs, low fat, reg protein. If you don't, your body shuts your metabolism. If it was above that, but still working hard, its one or two a week.
