My name is Kara and I'm 22 years old and live in Florida. I'm desperately trying to lose weight. I've been doing good, but I want to do better and hopefully a support group will be the push I need. Looking forward to getting know everyone!

I'm looking to lose weight as well. When the numbers don't change on the scale I get discouraged for sure!! But luckily we can support each other!
