Group Forum: Not losing any weight now

Hi everyone. I started my diet/exercise regime about 3 weeks ago. I try to stay under 1400 calories a day. I started working out 3 times a week. I've increased to at least 5 days a week now. The first week and a half I lost 5 lbs. I'm about to end week three and haven't even lost another ounce. In fact, I gained almost a pound back. I am 23, 5'6" and I weigh 272 right now. Please give me some insight as to what I'm doing wrong!!Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

Well I've been where you are and I realized that I was not eating enough calories. I was like you keeping it under 1500. I suggest you increase your calorie intake to around 1700. I know it seems weird but it really did help me!
