I'm new to the group and wanted to say hello. I'm 29 and currently weight 219 lbs. I don't have any major medical issues and would like to keep it that way. I try to keep active but need serious help staying on top of my eating habits. I would love to b are e part of a group where there are other people in the same or similar situation. I love vegetables but unfortunately love butter and salt as well and I'm a sucker for toast.. I know I could eat a loaf of bread in toast with butter and honey daily. I would really like a support system to help curb the cravings. I am currently learning about nutrition and fitness in college and would love to share anything I know with the group. Welcome!!!! I too have a weakness for bread (especially toast! lol). I am joining the challenge here that starts in 3 days. No bread for 6 weeks!!!! OMG! lol

Quitting is NOT an option!
