I have been struggling with this weight Issues for about 9 years now until i have reached 205 back in 2008. i had a mild stroke at 23 that was my wake up call , became a trainer.
As a Trainer with a Full Time Executive Job i still struggle with weight loss. i feel i have no time for myself even to work out.
Or i can't make time.
Could it be?
I need some cleansing inside and out to be more honest with myself. i tell everyone else what to do but i can't seem to be strong enough for myself i seem to make everyone else around me stronger.
i need a butt kick! a really big one.
Maybe i should hire a trainer.
