I have been struggling with this weight Issues for about 9 years now until i have reached 205 back in 2008. i had a mild stroke at 23 that was my wake up call , became a trainer.

As a Trainer with a Full Time Executive Job i still struggle with weight loss. i feel i have no time for myself even to work out.
Or i can't make time.
Could it be?

I need some cleansing inside and out to be more honest with myself. i tell everyone else what to do but i can't seem to be strong enough for myself i seem to make everyone else around me stronger.

i need a butt kick! a really big one.
Maybe i should hire a trainer.Embarassed

You can't help anyone else until you help yourself. You can do ANYTHING you set your mind to. Make time, even if it makes you miserable. If there is a will there is a way! Good luck and I look forward to seeing you succeed!

Wow Jess, you even helped inspire me. Smile

She's right, you can definitely do it! Just take tomorrow as a new day. Go out and get some healthy foods or snacks. With a positive attitude you can do it! Something I like to do is go on pintrist sometimes, and look up fitness, or motivation. There are tons of inspirational photos/quotes on there. I hope that helps some. Good luck! Smile
