My advice is to find foods you enjoy that are low calorie (they do exist). In my first couple of weeks I relied on those key foods to keep me on track. For example I have a huge sweet tooth and when I get a craving I pull out some dutch chocolate frozen yogurt (tastes just like ice cream). I'm no expert but in my first month on fat secret I have lost 12 lbs. Also if you find tracking everything you eat too hard maybe start by reducing portion sizes, and focs less on the number. I cut my portions in half and now I am use to those portions. Hope this helps.

I agree. When I first started I just cut back on my portions. You will be surprised at how quickly your stomach gets used to less food. Also, I eat something at least every few hours. I eat my breakfast, lunch and dinner and a snack in between. Find healthy snacks that you like and keep them on hand. My go to snack are the packages of peanuts. They are already portioned so I don't have to worry about overeating! lol. I also like Fiber One brownies. They are about 90 calories. So there are some good sweets! lol

cutting calories and portions is great but for me especially the activity factor is huge. I just went to Zumba for the first time last night and loved it. I am also using the Gold's Gym Dance Work out for the Wii and it is helping too. Find something that is fun for you and get active the Wii is a great resource especially during the winter months. Finding a buddy to work together at losing weight is really great too. Good luck my friend!

They are so right. I like to go to my little cousin's house and play Just Dance for the wii and it's even more fun on the xBox Kinect! I played the bowling with them for about an hour not really thinking about it and I was extremely sore the next day. Worked them muscles without even thinking about it as a workout.
