I trying to lose around 40 lbs myself. Since it will put me at a healthy weight.

I started at 199 lbs. Weighed myself this morning, I'm 166.2 (turned those nines upside-down, ha). I'm trying for 135-ish. 31 lbs to go!

I just started my weight loss journey and I'm aiming for my high school graduating weight of 135! I started last Monday at 181, today I am already at 173, but I've been doing the Advocare 24 Day Challenge. I'm 5'7". Noxavicis, how tall are you?

Don't get discouraged ladies. When I feel like this will be a long journey I remember where I would be today if I had kept up with my diet and exercise in the past. We will all get there eventually.

Absolutely, with diet and exercise, we can all achieve our goals. When I originally joined this group (in December), I was at 215 pounds and I am now at 202 pounds. I've been setting small goals for myself, such as, by the end of March, I want to be under 200 pounds.
