hi ladies, so i have fat around my womb area just below my belly button and i hate it... for me it is such an old ladies thing.i have noticed it coming as my weight has incressed and it makes my shudder every time i see it! what is that area of your body actually called and what excercise can i do to get rid of it?? Doubt Doubt

So... you don't lose weight around an area by exercising it. If anything, you make it bigger because you build muscle behind said stored fat. Weight loss is a whole body thing and you (sadly) cannot target it. It's part of your lower abdomen/diaphragm.
But if you really want, it's a reverse sit up. Lay on your back, but put your feet straight in the air and crossed. Then, using your stomach muscles, lift your legs and butt into the air. It feels like a quick scoot upwards, like you're reaching for that jar on the top shelf with your feet and you are trying to jump for it. With your stomach.
But the only way to get rid of that stupid pooch is to lose body fat as a whole. Ain't that a yatch?

damn, was hoping i could target it... but did some sit ups this morning as well as the reverse sit ups.hopefully will feel the change after awhile!!! thanks so much!
