Just starting out so wanted to see how everyone is doing. I'm at my all time high right now of 182, which is my exact weight when I was 9 months pregnant, the day before I had my daughter almost 4 years ago.
That makes me feel terrible to think about. I'm ready to do this for myself, I want to feel good about myself and not squishy all the time! Also want to do it for my fiance, I think if I lost the weight I would feel much more confident in the bedroom! haha
Anyway, for now I would like to lose at least 33 lbs to get under 150. If anyone wants to add me as a buddy, please feel free! A little extra motivation always helps
