Should you weigh yourself everyday to keep yourself accoutable or should you weigh yourself once a week to see a true change on the scale?Rolling Eyes

well i weigh myself in the morning and then by 4PM before i go to the gym ,then after i come home and have dinner i weigh again ,it gives me a satisfaction that i didnt gain any weight and the best thing sometimes my weight is slightly less at night than it was it the morning and wow does it feel good even if its a small loss
so i would suggest everyday is a better option

Yeah, I weigh in every morning (and sometimes after dinner too). I agree with snedan, it is great when you don't put on any weight after dinner! Apparently, weighing in everyday helps you keep better track and lose more weight that weighing weekly?

im new to this group so forgive me if im mistaken, but i thought it was recommended to weigh yourself in the morning only and every few days. if i weighed myself that many times in a day i think i would get discouraged and lose my motivation.

I've been doing once a week in the morning so far and I do see differences both ways. I may try every few days though just so I know where I am about mid-week. Doing multiple times a day would just drive me crazy! I drink so much water throughout the day that that alone would cause so many fluctuations.
