I'm from the uk and weigh 178kg and am180cm tall I wanna lose 25kg to be back to my old weight I've been on a diet for 2weeks now and only seem to be gaining weight help me Sad

Welcome! I have no idea what that is in our silly US standard of measurement, but I would love to help. I've been dieting/exercising since Jan 7th and have been losing 1lb per week. It's important to count your calories and to be sure to work out for 30minutes each day, at least 5 times per week. You should probably be eating 1200 calories a day max. But I'm not sure what your weight is in US pounds.

exercise, exercise, exercise!! dieting alone will not help you tone your body. it may help lose kgs but you should really get into a good habit of exercising for at least 30 mins per day. good luck! Smile

Hi, I'm from Australia. Exercise yes, but make sure its not too intence. I would be doing aqua aerobics if you can and mix it with palates. Its important not to put too much presure on the joints particularly if you are quite overweight. But well done for starting your jurney down this path. We all know its not an easy one. Smile
