I have completely quit drinking soda and switched to water only...I am seeing a difference but wanted to know if there was anything else I could do to make a change?

Examples..
dont eat after 7
chew sugar free gum for cravings

No need to stop eating after 7. Just dont eat carbs after 7. Eating Protein before going to sleep keeps your metabolism going all night long.
Eating keeps Your metabolia going so You should eat like every 3 hours.

small portions every 3 or so hours like Aliica suggested definitely works. Also, making simple (healthy) substitutions for any white flour/rice/etc or high sugar foods is a good first step. Staying away from anything processed also helps. Good rule of thumb is to buy 90% from the outside walls of the grocery store (veggies, meats, dairy)
