its been two years now, i have lost more than 20lbs i have been able to loss and maintain the weight.but now i am tring to loss more weight and its tough i know alot about my body and what i should and should not do but then i get bord i need some help to lose another 10lbs , i need some motivation someone please help me

Hey Star-storm, How about an activity-based goal to keep you motivated? Sign up for a running event you need to train for, or join boot camp classes/a sports team. Sometimes agonising over the last ten pounds just adds stress and boredom which is not conducive to weight loss! If you add a goal alongside what you already know is good for your body, I'm sure you'll see a difference. Hope that helps
