Hey there everyone.
I was wondering if anyone knows of a short diet (+/-3 days) for quick weight loss, just as a boost to start my diet.
I lose motivation when I don't see results straight away, so I need some incentive to keep on dieting.

Hey. I'm new to this website. I just wanted to tell you what you already know: Diets that give fast results are typically targeting water weight. However, I did have fast success by going on the South Beach Diet. I was a carb. fanatic for years and didn't even realize it. I picked up a copy of the diet book (unnecessary unless you cook and want the recipes). Anyway, the first week I lost like 7 lbs. After that, I lost another 5 lbs. the following week. My weight did steady out for a minute after that but I've added some carbs. back into my routine (with a respect for them and I've replaced whites with wheats). I started South Beach last January and stopped it by April. I had lost 15 lbs. on the diet and none of it has come back. Caution, though, you do need to change your attitude about carb. intake for it to work. It cannot be a quick fix. Hope this helps.

Drink lots of plain water and green tea. Lemon is a good addition if you need it. It will help you flush out your body so you should see a drop of a couple pounds right within the first couple days. Its not realy weight loss, but it shows up on the scale and is super motivating.
