Group Forum: New to Fat Secret, need help keeping calories low!

Hi all!
Right now i live with my bf and his parents so all the food in the house is bought by them and I have no say in it. I usually do fine throughout the day, a cup of coffee and maybe some fruit for breakfast and an egg or tuna sandwich for lunch...but then I get home and they either make dinner or order pizza and wings or go out and get fast food. I want to watch my calories but it's so hard with the healthy food when there's so much "better" food everywhere!!! Any suggestions?

Eyes on the prize, I live with my bf and his parents too and its hard! Take heart, know you are heard and keep at it. This is not an easy process. I want to eat all of the food they eat as well. For now, NO CHEATING! You just got here and although one slice of pizza wont make or break you, we have to make it a habit to eat healthy first. Develop the self control first. It is no easy task, its a change. For example, dinner time with the family will be a challenge. This is your chance to seize the moment and take charge. Good luck. No one can do it but you!
