Try the Paleo Diet! It's like Atkins but encourages more vegetables and doesn't do as much dairy.

Low Intensity Cardio
I don't know if working out everyday would be too much because your doing light cardio. I think it would stagnate growth if your doing moderate to intense working out. The only reason I say this ...
