Try CLA dietary supplement & drink lots of water- its been working for me and destress as much as possible. I lost 40lbs by my wedding and now up another 10 Crying or Very sad due to eating out too much- but it seems to help and I never exercise.... I just started doing the 30 day challenge by jillian michaels and its a killer- i'll be lucky if i do it once a week Laughing
