If there is any time to get in shape and lose that extra weight, its NOW! We are young and have the most energy NOW. Do you want to be trying to lose this weight in your 30s? How about your 40s? Ask anyone older who is trying to get in shape..they will tell you its not easy!
Its not going to be easy now either! Don't work out for a week and expect to lose all the weight. It won't happen. TRUST ME. I was that person. You have to stay with it-- Don't stop! Give it 30days-- eating better and exercising. I promise you will see results.
