About / History
This diet doesn't really have much to do with the Shangri-La, apart from reaching a "peaceful and tranquil" destination in your mind. Seth Roberts is a professor of psychology at the University of California in Berkeley. He published the Shangri-La diet in 2006 after experimenting the diet on himself and drawing on experiences from other followers.
