Simeon's Protocol (HCG), Simeon's Protocol (HCG) - Phase 2


 Summary:

Phase 2 lasts 29 to 40 days. You take hCG during this time. The first 2 days are load days. You force feed yourself with as much food as you can stand. The remaining days are very low calorie on a strict list of foods allowed.
