Stages: All | 50 % Raw | Raw - 70%


The Begining. Start out eating a min of 50% raw/unprocessed foods. Lose up to 3 lbs a week. Always check with your doctor before starting any plan. I do suggest taking a multi vitamin each day, that is what I am currently doing.
