Kinsey43's top tips

.If you're trying to cut meat out, cold turkey, ouch... it's gonna be rough for you. Start with one thing, like for example Satan in meat form, red meat. Then move on to... pork and others, until you're only eating chicken or fish, and then poof, cut them out! Be SURE to replace meat with healthy protein alternatives.
.Drink lots and lots and lots of water.
.LOAD up on veggies and fruit, they should be a staple (especially veggies) in your everyday meal plan. It's hard, but entirely possible.
.Watch your calories and you can eat pretty much anything you want! Everything's in moderation.
