The principals of the Program are:
- Have at least 6 meals per day: Breakfast, 1st snack, lunch, tea, 2nd Snack, and dinner
- You must leave 2hrs between meals, but no more than 3hrs.
- If your day is too long, you can add a 3rd snack. This is only for the case that you are still up after 3hrs of your dinner.
- Drink between 2 and 3 liter of water, diet sodas, te or coffe without sugar, are any other beberage sugar free.
- The snacks has to be something between 65 and 120 calories.
- Start lunch and dinner with salad. Use just one tea spoon of oil.
- Excerside at least 30min per day. Walking is good enough. the idea is to include movement to your life.
- Weigh yourself in the same scale ones a week, or daily if you prefer. But always use the same scale
