 How To Follow The No Diet Diet:

This process works in 4 phases each one lasting roughly a week depening on the person,

Phase One : is all about preperation it lays down the groundwork for breaking those bad habits, everytime you break a habit you weaken your habit web(the web of bad habits that can stop you losing weight) and take a crucial step along the road to weight loss

To do this we ask you to;
* carry out one simple task each day such as spending 15 mins writing down your thoughts and feelings, or giving up watching TV for a day

*Perform 2 extra tasks over the course of the first week, these dont have to be anything huge just something simple like listening to a different radio station or going to the cinema by yourself

*Most people lose around 1lb(0.5kg) in week one although many lose more.

Phase Two: coming soon ;)
