Hi. I'm a soon to be middle aged wife and mother. I've put on 50 lbs in 10 years and I want to TAKE IT OFF! or at least 45 of it. I enjoy being outdoors but it gets VERY hot and humid in the deep south so I'm stuck with treadmills and ellipticals ...
