My diet plan consists of me eating the things I enjoy but counting calories in order to stay under my RDI, remember everyones is different, I eat when and what I want, dont feel hungry or deprived therefore its more of a lifestyle change and educating ourselves on better eating habits, portion size, and calories in foods. I also eat a lot of veg within this diet.

1.Drink plenty of water
2.Never deprive yourself of something if you really want it, the trick is to eat less instead
3.Exercise as much as you can even if its 5 mins here and there throughout the day, every little counts
