JCTippy's top tips

.BUY A DIGITAL FOOD SCALE!!! Here is a link for a conversion chart http://bit.ly/oViIZu
.DRINK WATER!!! I drink 4-5 QUARTS a day. 32oz with every meal and 32oz in the afternoon and 32oz in the evening. In the morning it is with black tea and the rest is with lemon and KAL stevia.
.A great filler is a bag of cabbage cole slaw mix (Ready Pac brand or) mixed with 1 cup of red wine vinegar, 1 cup of water, 5 little scoops of KAL stevia sweetener ( http://bit.ly/nHodmA ) and a teaspoon of celery seed. Like 14 calories for 2 ounce portion. If you use the same mix with 2 cucumbers and 1/2 a white onion (both thinly sliced), it only has 20 calories for 3 oz portion. Over a quarter pound of food and 30 calories total I always eat this at the start of every dinner. I eat it slow, and by the time I get to my meat and fruit, I'm already starting to get full.
.Plan you daily meal the night before. It helps to avoid snacking if you know when and what you are going to be eating.
