1.Track all food eaten or drank.
2.Make smarter choices for food eaten. Look for food that gives you value and nutrition as opposed to junk food calories.
3.Get moving. Increase your daily activity and track it here under exercise.
4.Get out that Wii console and play tennis hard, just as good as paddle ball. Cardio Boxing very good also. If you do have a Wii console , get the EA Active Personal Trainer and set up short 20-30 min workouts and try to do them twice a day.
5.Generating a -2000 calorie day is not very hard to do once you start tracking everything you eat, drink and every minute spent exercising , walking, etc.
6.By making better food choices, you can easily eat all day and still stay around 1000 calories a day. Take a multi vitamin and get plenty of water daily and 7.5 hrs of sleep minimum. You lose weight while your sleeping.
