Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge


 Summary:

The Body By Vi Challenge requires 2 meal replacements per day to lose weight, 1 shake a day to maintain. Vitamins , minerals, omegas, anti-aging, appetite suppressants, Neuro Energy Drinks, and metabolism boosters are available, but not required. Eat healthy snacks in between meals and a sensible dinner. Tracking your caloric intake helps!

Artsy1's top tips

1.Replace 2 meals a day with the Vi-Shape Nutritional Shakes.
2.Eat healthy snacks in between meals. I usually eat a Greek yogurt after my breakfast shake, a banana after my lunch shake, maybe some almonds an hour or two later, then I have a sensible dinner!
3.Keep your RDI in check! Use your diary!

About / History

I started on the Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge on June 7, 2011. I am down 18 lbs in 2 months! I am feeling healthier already! After the first 30 days on the Challenge, my asthma is disapearing, I haven't had to use my inhaler in a month! I'm starting to feel better and look better!
