Count calories and carbs. It does not matter what you eat, as long as it fits your macros (carbs + calories + protein + fat). Carbs and calories are the most important part, and too much protein on a low carb diet can prevent ketosis.
It is advised that you take a multivitamin each day, and separate your calories into meals as it suits you. This could either be one huge meal (like the Warrior Diet), or 2 large meals, or 3 medium-sized meals, 4 small meals, or even just 5 small snacks.
