2. No food used unless it is marked with calorie count.
3. Must count calories. Must know calorie values and portion control. .
4. No restaurants unless you know calorie count for what you plan to eat and know portion size before you go .ie one mouthful = one ounce; one potato = 100 calories.(More or less)
